Description
Located in the heart of the Parc Naturel Régional du Luberon, this large 166m2 villa can accommodate up to 10 people. Ground floor: large main room with open-plan fitted kitchen opening onto a living room with fireplace, a beautiful master bedroom with shower room, walk-in shower and toilet, and two other bedrooms with fitted closets, as well as another shower room with walk-in shower and toilet. A small additional room is used as a laundry room for storing your groceries.
Upstairs: a large mezzanine with a small desk and TV area, a 90cm sofa bed and a large attic room with 4 90cm beds (possibility of making double beds, as required). There’s also a toilet and washbasin area.
The house can accommodate 6 adults and up to 4 children for optimum comfort. Outside: a large, shaded garden with unobstructed views of the Luberon and Mourre nègre, and a lovely terrace adjoining the summer kitchen with barbecue (wood and charcoal), pizza oven and large table for 10, as well as a 4.20 x 9.00m, 1.80m-deep infinity pool surrounded by a 15m2 terrace.
Below the house you have access to a 3-car parking lot (one sheltered by an awning) accessible from the Panoramic road. Enclosed bicycle parking.
