Description
This charming, typically Provencal, three-storey house (250m2) offers all the advantages of a peaceful vacation. Just 10 minutes from the pretty village of Saint Saturnin, isolated on an enclosed plot of land not overlooked, you’ll be seduced by the intoxicatingly fragrant Mediterranean vegetation. There’s plenty of space for meals in the sun or shade, as well as a lovely 45m2 terrace. Barbecue and plancha available.
For your entertainment, there’s a pétanque court, ping pong table, bicycles, fitness room and sauna. In the lower part of the garden you’ll find a beautiful swimming pool (9x5m) and a pool house with beer taps, ice maker and fridge. This villa offers a wide range of vacation configurations, with two independent studios.
All living areas are decorated with taste and warmth. The ochre, yellow and red tones of the plasterwork, the rattan objects, the carpets, the warmth of the wood, all call for relaxation and tranquility.
